Posted on January 20, 2013 by Wright_ Way — 2 Comments ↓

I’m a true believer in using electrolysis to remove rust, particularly for items that have a lot of cracks and crevices, such as fuel tanks. This article was written several years ago for a popular vintage motorcycle site, and I Continue reading Electrolysis in Action→

Honda Lawn Mower Engine Swap

Posted on January 1, 2013 by Wright_ Way — 1 Comment ↓

The attached YouTube video describes a recent project I completed for a friend – a Honda self-propelled lawn mower engine swap.  The original engine seized, probably due to an oil-related failure.  The mower’s owner found a good deal on a Continue reading Honda Lawn Mower Engine Swap→

Posted on December 30, 2012 by Wright_ Way — No Comments ↓

I thought I’d start posting about my current restoration project, a 1971 Honda SL70 (K0).  My interest in this particular model is very typical, I wanted one as a kid in the worst way but my folks simply couldn’t afford Continue reading Honda SL70 Restoration→

This how-to article I wrote several years ago for posting on a popular Kawasaki H2 user forum.  It was well received and I thought it a natural fit for this blog.  Though the text refers to a Kawasaki H2, this Continue reading Lower Fork Finish Restoration→
